Account logging out when trying to log in to the server

Hello. For the last 3 days, when I try to join the server =]RC[= STRATEGO BFBC2 and BFBC2 Vietnam, the game informs me, that the Internet connection is lost and the game is being logged out. I join other servers without any problems. I tried to play on another computer and the problem remained.
Please, help me to play on my favorite server again.

Hi and welcome on board.
What is the exact error message of the game itself?
In order to look into some server log files, we need to know your BC2 player name you used while trying to join our servers.

When I try to join the server, I get this message:
"The connection to the game server is lost. Check for a network connection and try again."
Update: Now I tried to join the server and I succeeded! I don't know how it happened, but thank You very much!
