It is done, check the nicely made history and details @ our forums. Registered users can of course enjoy the download if this large patch at a decent speed using the local Downloads database.

The patch fixed some bugs like chat spam and other optimization like: removed some memory leaks and fixed crashes when the game attempted to render lots of content (high detail, high FOV or multiple-monitor modes); this should particularly help multi-monitor users.
I have noticed that in my point of view the game goes smoother then before.
