This looks pretty amazing ...
Regarding the exercise, at first glance it looks like the jet suit allows an easier and quicker way of boarding, compared to conventional operations with helicopters and boats.
As far as I could tell, the operator can only carry a handgun to defend himself. But that's not a big deal considering he would be covered by the helicopter and boats, I guess?
Would be interesting to see how the jet suits are being utilized during real events like shown below. Somali Pirates will dislike this technology.
