With the launch of Battlefield: Bad Company a few months ago, we have been keeping track of how people play online.

Overall, Battlefield: Bad Company players are enjoying their never ending quest for gold to the tune of over 250,000 hours every week.

That is 29 years worth of Gold Rush every week!

For the true online soldier, the achievement, “Beans, Bullets and Bandages” is something to be attained by only the elite.

This is awarded to the few and proud that can record 10,002 kills in online play. This has proven a difficult challenge as less than 1,500 people have achieved this among Xbox 360 players.

The soldier class that is most popular is the Assault class, the all-around balanced class capable of self-healing, equipped to the gills with weaponry and a great kit for beginners. It’s no surprise that this is the kit of choice, but the amount of damage done by this soldier class is amazing with over 10M frags dealt by the hands of an Assault soldier.

The vehicle that can be crowned the king of kills is none other than the American Apache. One of the best helicopters for its speed and armament, it is the favorite tool of destruction for online players with over 3 million kills associated to it. The 2nd most popular vehicle is the M1 Abrams tank, the perfect can opener for a land assault.

But what about our newest game mode, Conquest Mode?

We’ve seen a great turnout bringing a classic back to Battlefield: Bad Company, with huge numbers downloading Conquest mode.

For those that haven’t taken advantage of this free content, it is available now on Xbox Live Marketplace and the Playstation Network.

To everyone who has helped add to these impressive numbers, keep up the good work.

To those of you who haven’t yet jumped online, there is no better time than now to move soldier and get into the battle!
