The only thing you need is a headset. Use this Link:

even if u dont have a headset it's good to be on ts to get all the info u need.

btw most ppl who come on ts first time get confused by everyone speakin plus dont know the voices of the guys. if ur pc is not tooo old, i recommend teamspeak overlay, which shows u ingame who is speakin. check it out: http://www.teamspeakoverlay.com/ if u have any probs usin it just xfire me.

Tried ts overlay as well a few weeks ago, it did not work for me plus forced bfv to crash if I run it in parallel with xfire ... although according to their readme´s it should be fixed. Kinda dead project as well as it seems ...
