Hello,
I'm one of the many guys that plays frequently on your server and till a couple of days ago I never ever had any problems.
I recently upgraded my windows from XP to Windows 7 and nowadays I'm getting kicked of your server every time.
Normally I would't care about this because there are so many other servers but since I'm quite enyoing myself on your server, I come to here and ask what is wrong....
After some minutes I get a kick for 0 minutes and I get a screen which says:
Kicked for 0 minutes because of a disallowed program or driver (119502). I googled this error but didn't get a clear answer, only some messages about a macro or something, but i'm not aware of this.
Can you guys please give me some infomation so I won't be kicked anymore.
Thanks in advance!!

Hi 1Hardstyle,
thanks for your nice remarks in regards to our server(s) and welcome to our site.
This error message belongs to a conflict with the Punkbuster Engine within BC2 and either the video card driver in use for your graphic card (especially since you upgrade to Win7, that part changed for sure) or additional 3rd party programs you may run in addition to your game.
Basics are to make sure your punkbuster engine is fully up to date, since I believe you may took care for your video card drivers anyway. Which graphic card do you use?
Making sure your Punkbuster does well on your new system, download this tool and run it. Especially under Windows 7 it checks and corrects your punkbuster services if needed.
If you run 3rd party programs such as any overlay programs for Mumble or Teamspeak, or video recording programs such as FRAPS, turn them off while hunting the reason for you issue.
At the end of the day, installing Bad Company 2 from scratch does not assure your Punkbuster Client files are up to date! Run the PBSETUP program, add your BC2 installation and hit the Update button.
Let me know how it goes and do not hesitate to report any further issues. If you are used to Teamspeak 3, you are welcome for a chat any time.

Thanks for your reply and time.
I've updated Punkbuster and used the tool. Unfortunately I did this already before I posted my message.
I don't use any third party programs such as STEAM or XFIRE or FRAPS.
My GC is a radeon 4800 series and I have updated to the last graphics drivers.
Later tonight I will try to connect and see what happens.
Catch you up later!!
(Keep up the good work!!)

Hi,
Well last couple of days I'm playing without getting kicked
Strange thing is that I didn't change anything. Windows did some updates so maybe this was the solution. Anyway I'm happy to play again without any struggle.
See you online again!!
