What do you claim about "justice" making yourself failing in the first place?

I cannot know what, when, where you were muted and why. But we do not mute without a reason. So prior joining servers and probably moaning around in which way ever (I do not care) you will have to live with the consequences I believe.

You could be more precise specifying the server, date and time as close as possible. What I can assure you is, when you got muted and read other players performing badly in a similar way, they got probably muted as well.

I don't know when I was muted. there was at least a month ago but it could be more !!
I never said that i was muted without reasons.
