Both is not possible at the same time.
Either aimbot or slowed down packets.

Isn't this just an old client bug? I have seen every now and then players flickering (becoming invisible and visible rapidly) when moving. Maybe this can become more permanently. This player should be banned. He was asking for players to fight in the "holy war" in syria. (Not as a joke, he sounded serious.)

No idea, if this should be reported to German authorities (and if, to whom).
also no idea, if he was just trolling, like he claimed half an hour later or so
